Employment code is very specific and statute driven in California. Donald is a Senior Conflict Management Practitioner on the Department of the Interior’s Workplace Confilct Management Roster. He was trained as an EEOC helping him bridge the gap between employer and employee. Conflict in the work place can be embedded layers deep and not be realized until a complaint has been filed. If this conflict can be discovered, discussed and bridged litigation might be avoided or minimized.
